Research On The Plight Of Unemployed Women's Reemployment And Social Work Intervention Path From The Perspective Of Empowerment

Under the conditions of oversupply of labor force in general,the development of market economy system in the new era,the adjustment of the national economic structure,the deepening of the reform of enterprise units,gender discrimination and the isolation of women from social production practices,and so on,The dilemma faced by unemployed women should not be ignored.This dilemma is not only an intuitive expression of women's weak economic ability,but also a sign of women's low social status.At present,with the efforts of scholars,government departments and various social forces,the difficulties faced by unemployed women are relieved,but their loss of power still exists.And the social work major in the vulnerable group assistance aspect has its unique professional advantage.Therefore,on the basis of systematically combing the relevant domestic and foreign literature,this study takes the re-employment empowerment of unemployed women as the perspective,takes the L district of Shenzhen City as the research field,and conducts a questionnaire survey on 600 unemployed women facing re-employment difficulties.Ten respondents were interviewed and three were observed to explore the re-employment needs and difficulties faced by unemployed women,such as urgent re-employment demand,low re-employment ability and less re-employment opportunities.On this basis,the author combs the personal and external factors in the predicament of re-employment,and through the three major professional methods of social work(case social work,Group Social work,Community Social work)from the individual level,the interpersonal level and the community level to carry on the empowerment intervention,carries on the carding analysis to the unemployed female re-employment social work empowerment intervention,Combined with the practical experience and typical cases in the process of social worker service in L district,this paper summarizes the intervention strategy and empowerment intervention path of social work for unemployed women with the characteristics of Shenzhen localization.This study consists of six chapters.The first chapter is introduction,including the research background,the research question,the research goal and the research significance.The second chapter is the review of the related research,including the definition of key concepts,theoretical framework and literature review.The third chapter studies the design part,including the research idea,the research method selection,the research process description,the research preciseness and the ethics.The fourth chapter explores the plight ofunemployed women in re-employment,including the sample characteristics of unemployed women facing re-employment dilemma,the basic situation of re-employment of unemployed women,and the typical cases of re-employment of unemployed women.Chapter V is Social work failure The empowerment of female re-employment dilemma is the most important part of this paper,including the analysis of the influencing factors of the re-employment dilemma of unemployed women,and the general situation of social work on re-employment empowerment of unemployed women.The typical cases of social work on re-employment of unemployed women and the path of social work to re-employment empowerment of unemployed women.The sixth chapter is the last part of this paper,is the summary and prospect of this paper,including discussion and reflection,deficiencies and prospects.
