This paper takes Inner Mongolia Xingan Meng Zhalaiteqi Sanhe Village rural women as the research subject,through participation in rural areas of different gender and age groups,gender consciousness and participation consciousness of sampling survey,important factors exist in the rural women's participation in politics research problems and influence their political participation,in the perspective of the social work profession,improving and promoting rural women's participation in grassroots democratic elections,women should be how to use and maintain their own rights and put forward some thoughts and suggestions.The thesis consists of four parts: introduction,text,conclusion and references.The introduction part mainly introduces the research background and significance,research review,research methods and theoretical basis.The text is composed of three chapters,the first chapter,the Sanhe Gacha sample of rural women empowerment issues according to the research,introduces the basic situation of Sanhe Village and rural women's political participation.In the second chapter,based on the analysis of the rural women's political participation situation,proposed the existence of factors of Sanhe Village Women as well as the impact of women's participation in Sanhe Village in the election.In the third chapter,aiming at the causes and influencing factors of restricting the rural women's participation in politics,from the perspective of social empowerment theory,put forward some thoughts and suggestions of rural women's political participation.The conclusion part summarizes the full text on the rural women's political participation,and discusses the practical significance of the empowerment of rural women in politics and the difficulties encountered in the implementation of empowerment,explains the limitations of the study of this topic from the perspective of social work.
