High school ideology and politics is the key curriculum of building up people,which is related to the background of socialist education with Chinese characteristics,the development of moral education in schools and the improvement of students' comprehensive quality.As an important support for the implementation of comprehensive and active subject curriculum,topic-based teaching is of great significance for cultivating the core accomplishment of ideological and political subjects.With the introduction of curriculum standards and the use of new teaching materials,how to invoke topics for high school ideological and political topic teaching design has become a common concern of teachers.By means of classroom observation,interview and physical analysis,the researchers carried out three rounds of action research to explore the strategies of ideological and political topic teaching design.Taking questions,plans,actions,observation and reflection as the research steps of each round of action research,through classroom teaching,it is found that there are some problems in the implementation of ideological and political topic-based teaching design,such as situation description,subjective presupposition,situation analysis,individual guidance and cooperative learning,and knowledge transmission rather than meaning construction.To this end,the researcher carries on the comprehensive reflection,focuses on the related theory study and the practice experience summary,then induces and arranges the ideological and political topic type teaching design strategy.In the three rounds of action research,the researcher constantly revised the understanding of ideological and political topic teaching,teaching design and the cultivation of subject core accomplishment,and deepened the understanding of ideological and political topic teaching design strategy from two aspects of theoretical analysis and practical verification.In the use of action research methods,through continuous teaching reflection,the scientific thinking ability of teaching phenomena and problems has been harvested,and the tendency and ability to improve classroom teaching by widely using action research in educational and teaching research have been gradually cultivated.According to the action research practice,the researcher formed a complete case of ideological and political topic teaching design,and summed up the strategies and methods of ideological and political topic teaching design:(1)Interpretation of core literacy and integration of teaching objectives;(2)develop around topic,organize classroom activity;(3)excavate teaching material deeply,enrich teaching resource;(4)connect subject task,create problem situation;(5)connect social practice,cultivate core accomplishment.Finally,the future of ideological and political topic-based teaching reform and action research to help teachers' professional development is prospected.
