With the coming of knowledge-based economy and literacy era,the "Ideological and Political Curriculum Standard for Ordinary Senior High Schools(2017 Edition)"(hereinafter referred to as "New Curriculum Standard")promulgated by the Ministry of Education declares a new revolution in the field of ideological and political teaching.According to the textbook compiled by the Ministry according to the curriculum standards,the content and knowledge form of ideological and political courses have a new presentation mode,and its teaching mode has also presented new methods.The topic-based teaching proposed by the new curriculum standard has become one of the biggest highlights of the new curriculum reform,and the corresponding topic-based teaching design has also become the focus of academic research.Based on the new round of high school ideological and political curriculum reform,this paper focuses on the case of topic-based instructional design of front-line teachers,investigates the good patterns and problems existing in the topic-based instructional design of front-line teachers,analyzes the causes of the existing problems,and then puts forward the optimization strategies of topic-based instructional design of high school ideological and political courses.The full text is divided into three parts:The first part is to scientifically grasp the topic-based instructional design of ideological and political courses in senior high schools.Firstly,it defines the related concepts of topic-based instructional design,and clarifies the basic concepts of topic-based teaching,topic-based instructional design and topic-based instructional design of senior high school ideological and political courses,which is the logical starting point of the full-text research.On this basis,guided by the systematic method,the key elements such as topic design,situation design,activity design,task design and evaluation design are analyzed,which lays the foundation for the following research.Finally,it explains its value representation from four aspects: the implementation of activity-based subject curriculum,the cultivation of core quality,the improvement of teachers’ professional quality and the cultivation of students’ higher-order ability.The second part mainly investigates the current situation of topic-based instructional design of ideological and political courses in senior high schools through text analysis,and analyzes the reasons for the problems.Through the investigation of90 design cases,starting from the key elements,it is found that there are some good patterns in the design.At the same time,however,there are some problems such as poor rationality of topic design,weak authenticity of situation design,low effectiveness of activity design,insufficient pertinence of task design and insufficient diversity of evaluation design.Teachers’ low professional quality,students’ lack of high-level thinking ability,novelty and complexity of topic-based teaching,and low matching degree of existing teaching conditions are the important reasons for its problems.The third part is to put forward the optimization strategy of topic-based instructional design for senior high school ideological and political courses.In order to improve the quality of topic-based teaching design of ideological and political course in senior high school,to implement the fundamental goal of cultivating people by virtue,the professional quality of teachers of ideological and political course in senior high school is continuously improved from the aspects of renewing teaching concepts,enriching knowledge reserves and improving the ability of topic-based teaching design;Gradually enhance the development of students’ higher-order thinking ability from the cultivation of critical innovation,scientific decision-making and problem solving;Research institutes,famous teacher studios and front-line teachers have formed a joint force to continuously increase the research on topic-based teaching;The environmental conditions of topic-based teaching of ideological and political courses in senior high schools should be gradually improved by rationally planning class hours,optimizing supporting facilities of topic-based teaching,and establishing and constantly enriching library resource rooms.
