As the main stakeholders of preschool education,the ideas and requirements of parents play an important role in the development of preschool education.Therefore,the survey was conducted from the perspective of rural children's parents through the interview method.The content of the role of preschool teachers that parents are most concerned about is found out,classified and summarized,and the dimensions are divided.Then,semi-structured interviews are conducted on parents from different levels.Through the examples cited by parents,it can be found that:In different aspects,rural children's parents expect different roles of teachers.In terms of education and teaching,rural children's parents mainly expect roles to be advanced transmitters of knowledge and training of learning habits.The main expected role in organizing children's daily life is the patient and meticulous life caregiver and behavior restraint and ameliorator;In the interaction with children,the main expected roles are emotional consoler and role model;In terms of parental work,the main expected role is the active communicator;In the aspect of teachers' self-development,the expected role is to be a reflector for the purpose of young children's mastery of knowledge.In general,the rural parents expect teachers role "simplification",the characteristics of the "traditional" and "contradiction",caused the parents so looking forward to possible causes are both the level of parents,parents level is due to the low rural parents level of education,education concept and self-awareness,of course,there are the cause of education reality.At the same time,parents are looking forward to the teachers role and the role that the actual have differences,parents expect teachers to become authorized responsible party of the children's life,the authority of the managers and the parents intend absolute obedience,and preschool teachers actually bear the children's ability,collaborators,supporter and guide and parents of small children.Although there are certain differences between the role of teachers expected by rural preschool parents and the role actually assumed by teachers,there are reasonable elements in parents' expectation,which can play a certain reference significance to the construction of preschool education teachers.Based on this survey,the following suggestions are put forward: First,pay attention to the needs of parents and improve the professional quality of teachers;Second,strengthen communication and cooperation,guide the rationalization of parents' expectations,so that it can truly become an important driving force for teachers' professional development and early childhood education.
