| Since the human society formed, education and training of the next generation is the everlasting theme. The progress coming from the revolution and regime changes continue to create more favorable conditions and environment and provide access to education. However, it also requires education keeping up with the characteristics of the times. Nowadays, the ideas of equality, democracy and integration on education have impressed us around most of the countries, and they pay more attention on the special education. Especially, with the concept of early intervention proposed, preschool education on the children with hearing impairment rehabilitation training gradually establish and enhance rapidly. In the preschool education on the children with hearing impairment, the parents, as the primary and the central educators mean to their children’s succeed, particularly in China. Many studies have shown that levels and methods on education expectation from parents would have a great impact on the development of the children’ s physical, mental, sociability and other aspects.This research is digging from the knowledge and the practical circumstances of the parents expectations. In theory, it explores the psychological basis of expectations, features, possible factors, and also summarizes the theoretical basic, policy supporting, implementation models and some other related researches about the rehabilitation education. During the writing, plenty of academic papers and professional treatise have been cited, and there are also some views on the topic. Then combining theory with practice, after selecting 100 parents whose children are hearing-impaired from an authority preschool, and with the questionnaire survey conducted to analysis, the conclusions are as follows: the parents looking forward to the government concentrate on the education; parents have a higher expectations on the rehabilitation education for children; the parents have different requirements on preschool training for children with hearing impairment; parents hope the teacher should in high quality; they have a strong desire that their children would be top students.Finally, according to the research, this study also provide some suggestion and advises:the government should enact the law to protect the rights of preschool hearing-i mpaired children; keep regional medical, educational and cultural resources in balance, reduce disability occurred such as hearing disorders; training professionals to strengthen the team on training hearing-impaired; assess hearing impaired children objectively; promote preschool education and stress the individuals’ growing; people should advocate the positive sense of worth talent, the government should guide the parents to form the right education expectations. |
