Abstract/Summary:
Modern prose is an important content of reading teaching in primary and secondary schools.However,due to the tendency of the college entrance examination,there are still many problems in the teaching of prose reading in high school.From the perspective of teachers,there are some problems such as teachers don’t pay attention to the teaching of prose reading,outdated teaching concepts and single teaching methods.From the perspective of students,most of them have low scores in prose reading test,low interest in prose reading,low participation in class,and lack of independent reading and thinking time in class.The main reasons for these problems are as follows: the tendency of utilitarian teaching is serious,teachers do not pay attention to the improvement of their own quality,and students have a low enthusiasm for active learning.Under the influence of the concepts of "learning task group" and "Chinese core literacy" put forward in "Chinese Curriculum Standards for General Senior High School",group reading was proposed as a new teaching method of reading.Group text reading teaching refers to the teaching of reading in which teachers and students select multiple texts around one or more topics within a certain unit of time,conduct reading and collective construction,and finally reach a consensus between teachers and students.Through the combination of multiple texts,the scientific and reasonable connection of reading in and out of class is helpful to implement the requirements of Chinese curriculum standards on students’ reading quantity and reading ability,expand students’ reading horizon,and promote the cultivation of students’ Chinese core literacy.At the same time,it also enriches the reading teaching methods and effectively improves the current situation of reading teaching.In order to make the group reading method and high school prose teaching better combined use,the author combined with the teaching cases of predecessors and my own practice,proposed the following teaching strategies: First,teachers should establish the core quality consciousness,constantly strengthen their own Chinese literacy,improve the teaching ability;Secondly,we should closely follow the course reform and design teaching objectives,teaching contents and teaching methods according to the core quality of Chinese,prose examination sites and textbook arrangement.Third,planning time reasonably,group reading teaching practice and conventional teaching parallel;Fourth,pay attention to the diversity of evaluation subjects and methods,and strive to make group reading play its fundamental significance,so that the cultivation of students’ core literacy into practice.Finally,we take the first three modern essays in unit 7 of the first volume of the compulsory edition as examples to design the teaching of group prose reading,and reflect and evaluate the teaching situation.
