The Study Of Resident Participation In The Community Construction In China

The community as the human social life is not only a social community of organic cell, but also the city management system endings in our country. Along with the economic transformation of institutional transition and social structure, the community construction is more and more concerned. The long-term goal of the community construction is to implement community autonomy, which requires the community residents involved widely, actively and effectively. No residents, no real sense of community construction and the residents of autonomy.With concern of residents participation, the study selects new residential community E for case, understands the willingness to participation, the fields, degree and way of participation through questionnaire, interview and case study methods, explores the characteristics, potential advantage and restriction factor of residents participation in new residential community, and proposed solutions which conforms to China's actual conditions and community construction practice to provide some references for our country's social workers and community construction practice.The article is divided into six parts:The paper introduces the sense of the topic, the research status and the research method; The first part introduces the related concepts and Habra's public sphere theory; The second part introduces new residential community E, including the basic situation of the community, the willingness of residents participation, the fields, degree and way of participation; The third part introduces the potential advantage and restriction factor of residents participation in new residential community; The forth part introduces the organizational mechanism of residents participation from the angle of residents'committees;Based on the comparison of Chinese and foreign community construction, the fifth part introduces the guide mechanism.
