Investigation And Research On The Status Quo Of Mathematical Operation Ability Of Eighth Grade Students

Mathematics operation ability is the core concept that junior high school education stage must grasp,is the essential mathematics ability that the student should have.The text through the relevant literature research,combine it with real experinece,in Shenyang S junior secondary grade eight students(hereinafter referred to as the eighth graders)the present conditions of the mathematical operation ability test,investigation and interview,and the results are the qualitative analysis.The following results are obtained from the test paper:generrally,operational ability of Grade 8 students is low,and majority of the students are at Level 1 or Level2;Sexuality is uninfluential on the mathematical operation capability of Grade 8students.The mathematical operation ability of each class is different,especially in the level three stage.The main reason for the eighth grade students to lose marks in mathematical operations lies in the weak foundation,especially the poor memory of basic formulas,rules and operational laws,the lack of flexibility in the selection of operational methods and skills,the ability to dig out hidden information,the ability to examine the procedure and the consequences need to be increased.Questionnaire and memcon show,questionnaire and interview,it is obvious that the subjective factors affecting computing ability of Grade 8 are:an interest in operations,an attitude towards computing and operation habits;the external aspects are :calculator elements,educator factors and home elements.According to the research conclusion,this paper from enhancing the subjective elements of drilling,take full use of the affect of external elements to improve the Grade8 students mathematical operation ability of the specific cultivation strategy.
