Mathematics operation ability is one of the basic mathematics ability that junior high school students must possess,which has a profound influence on their mathematics learning.It has a profound influence on junior middle school students' mathematics learning.Fractional operation is an important part of the transformation from "number" to "formula"in junior middle school mathematics.The level of fractional operation ability directly affects students' mathematical operation ability.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve students' fractional operation ability.Under the support of relevant theories,this paper understands the current situation of eighth graders' fractional operation ability through test survey and interview,finds out the relevant factors affecting eighth graders' fractional operation ability developmenting,and then puts forward the cultivation strategies and teaching measures to improve eighth graders' fractional operation ability level.First of all,the literature research method is used to sort out the existing research related to the topic,analyze the research background and significance,clarify the research questions and ideas,and further introduce the relevant concepts and the theoretical basis of this research.Secondly,the present situation of fractional operation ability of eighth graders is understood from two angles of score of test paper and fractional operation ability level by using test paper survey method.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)The scoring rate of each question is related to the knowledge point being examined,and the scoring rate of the questions involving the definition and equation of fractions is generally lower.(2)The overall fractional operation ability of eighth graders is not high.There is a big gap in the students' ability of fractional operation,and 37%of the students fail to reach the level of multi-point structure.(3)There is a certain gap in the level of fractional operation ability of students from different levels and different types of schools.(4)There is no significant difference in the level of fractional operation ability of girls and boys in eighth grade,and the level of fractional operation ability of girls and boys is similar.Then,the paper summarized and sorted out the questions presented in the students'answers from the three perspectives of the process of answering,operation structure and operation content by using the test paper,and further analyzed the factors affecting the development of eighth graders' fractional operation ability by interviewing students and teachers.Finally,based on the above research conclusions and combined with the author's teaching practice,the author puts forward training strategies and teaching measures to improve the eighth graders' fractional operation ability from two aspects of students'cognitive structure and non-intelligence factors.
