With the rapid development of information technology,online training based on live broadcast scenarios has become the norm.With the rapid development of information processing technology and sensing technology,learners' access to various information has been supported,and the data has expanded from the initial single modal data to multi-modal data based on wearable devices.Some researchers believe that self-regulation is the key to the success of online learners and teachers in teaching.This study will be online learners persona into primary and secondary school teachers training in the field of research,so as to promote teachers self-regulation as the breakthrough point,online training in primary and secondary school teachers and learners of multimodal persona based on the analysis of the status quo,primary and secondary school teachers online training process and multimodal learners persona of the build process design,online training of primary and secondary schools in real scenarios to carry on the empirical research,aims to present learners persona,for on-line self-regulation for primary and secondary school teachers,and thus improve primary and secondary school teachers online training effect,promote the continuous professional development of primary and secondary school teachers.This study mainly experienced three stages: the design of online training process for primary and secondary school teachers,the design of multi-modal learner persona process to support teachers' self-regulation,and the case practice.First of all,in terms of the online training process for primary and secondary school teachers,this study proposes a training process that includes three elements: individual,environment and behavior through literature analysis and under the guidance of relevant theories.Second,in multimodal learners picture frame design stage,through the literature analysis of this research under the guidance of relevant theories,put forward a set of portraits contain goals,data acquisition and preprocessing,image analysis and output,application and evaluation to support the four parts of the persona teachers self-regulation of multimodal learners build flow chart.Finally,this study rely on Shanghai Open University learning center wisdom,under the guidance of primary and secondary school teachers online training mode to carry out the experiment,the online training for primary and secondary school teachers in real environment,the use of modal analysis tools and the method of questionnaire survey to collect primary and secondary school teachers to study data,by means of qualitative analysis tools for data processing and analysis,the output for training teachers' individual portraits and group persona for training teachers.In this study,one trained teachers and one trained teacher were invited to interview individual portrait and group portrait respectively to analyze the application effect of portrait.The three trainee teachers believe that individual portraits can objectively and clearly understand their own learning state and facilitate timely adjustment of their learning behavior.The training teachers said that through group portraits,they could intuitively and clearly understand the learning status of the whole class of students,so as to improve their teaching design in time.In this study,multimodal learner portraits based on learning analysis technology were included into the research scope of online training for primary and secondary school teachers,so as to help trainees and training teachers to more intuitively and clearly understand the characteristics of trainees,and adjust or improve them from the perspective of learning behavior and teaching design respectively.In this study,a multi-modal learner portrait construction process was designed to support teachers' self-regulation,and case practice was carried out to provide ideas for stakeholders in online training of primary and secondary school teachers to conduct self-regulation.
