With the development of technology, there have been revolutionary changes in the education methodology and online learning has been more attention and has used into teacher training. Online training autonomous, open, interactive and other features, and can be provided for the trainees a wealth of learning resources. Online training to facilitate the exchange of methods and a wide range of assessment strategies to promote the improvement of training effectiveness. Even with the initial online training development, but there are still some problems. In order to improve the effectiveness of training, it is necessary to conduct online training, policy design.In this study, secondary school teacher education on teaching technical skills training needs analysis, based on the training to solve problems in the main line, with emphasis on the teaching content, teaching activities and evaluation process is designed. First of all, the training content design for the organization and delivery of knowledge strategy, and specific characteristics of the teaching issues and to determine the content of the presentation of the media; Secondly, for different training content, takes a different approach to training, such as case-based training strategy, based on training in problem-solving strategies; again, in order to evaluate student learning outcomes, has developed a training evaluation strategy, in order to stimulate the students motivation to learn. Finally, through the use of online training platform for test results, this online training strategy in line with the desired objectives, the better to improve the training results.
