In 2020,the General Plan for Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era pointed out that "what kind of evaluation baton there is,what kind of school-running guidance there is",and "steadily promote the reform of entrance examination for secondary school or college,and build an examination content system that guides students to develop morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically,and work comprehensively".Educational evaluation standard is the core content of educational evaluation activities,different evaluation standards will get different evaluation results.The college entrance examination is one of the educational evaluation activities,its evaluation standard is the content of the college entrance examination.The content of college entrance examination is the core of college entrance examination evaluation activities,which plays a guiding role of "baton" and leads education administrators to adjust teaching management activities appropriately.In 2016,the release of China's mathematics "core literacy" has put forward new requirements for the content of China's college entrance examination of mathematics,and the evaluation standards of college entrance examination of mathematics have also changed accordingly,which undoubtedly brings new challenges to China's high school mathematics teaching management.Under the background of global education reform with "core literacy" as the main theme,the United States proposed "21st Century Skills" in 2002,and its "core literacy" education reform took the first step.The SAT,the American college entrance examination,underwent reform and was newly launched in March 2016.The United States is a powerful country in the world with developed science and technology and rich educational resources.The content evaluation standard of the American College Entrance Examination has been gradually improved in practice,and its change and development trend are worth studying.Great changes have taken place in the college entrance examination mathematics evaluation standard of China and the United States is,in the college entrance examination mathematics exam content particularly,comparative study of the college entrance examination mathematics exam content,can be more deeply observed "core literacy" the key to the college entrance examination test content evaluation standard and its development direction of the trend of The Times,the teaching management has a guiding role,This can provide a new perspective and a new way of thinking for China's senior high school mathematics teaching management.This study combines qualitative and quantitative research,and on the basis of qualitative comparison of the math contents and paper characteristics of the Chinese and American college entrance examinations,the SOLO theory is used to make a quantitative analysis of the National Paper I and SAT I from 2017 to 2020.It is concluded that the college entrance examination mathematics exam content in thinking test evaluation and the difficulty level evaluation on the similarities and differences,and further concludes that "core literacy" college entrance examination mathematics evaluation standard,the development trend of the mathematics teaching management improvement advice,to explore the exam content as the standard for evaluation of quantitative analysis method,to explore the use of exam content as teaching management assessment tool,Enrich the mathematics examination content evaluation standard quantitative analysis result to the mathematics teaching management guidance function related research.This research presents the similarities and differences between Chinese and American college entrance examination math test content as evaluation criteria and the development trend of "core literacy" college entrance examination math test content.The main research conclusions are as follows: there are huge differences between Chinese and American college entrance examination math test content in evaluation objectives;There are some differences in the weight of the evaluation index of the math content in the college entrance examination between China and America.The mathematics content of college entrance examination in China has the function of both qualified evaluation and selection evaluation.The problem situation of "core accomplishment" mathematics test content shows a tendency of strengthening.The senior high school mathematics teaching management should be adjusted according to the changes of the mathematics test content of the college entrance examination.The enlightenment of this study is spread from the three dimensions of mathematics teaching pre-class management,classroom management and after-class management:(1)the inspiration of the before-class management: guide teachers to coordinate the relationship between mathematics exam-taking and developing core accomplishment;Perfecting the teaching management system focusing on the development of mathematics core literacy;teaching managers should strengthen the teaching quality management of teachers' stratified teaching strategy;teaching managers should train teachers to master the skills of mathematical drawing software and mathematical modeling.(2)Enlightenment to in-class management of senior high school mathematics teaching in China: environmental management to create classroom atmosphere;encouraging student-oriented incentive management.(3)Enlightenment to after-class management of senior high school mathematics teaching in China: homework management and targeted guidance;diversified evaluation management.
