The teaching idea of inquiry teaching was first put forward by the American educationist Schwab in the 1950 s,and then it has attracted wide attention all over the world.In 2001,the Ministry of education of China in the "compulsory education junior high school mathematics curriculum standards(2001)" has clearly put forward that "teachers should stimulate students' learning enthusiasm,provide students with full opportunities to engage in teaching activities,help them in the process of independent exploration and cooperation and exchange to truly understand and master the basic mathematical knowledge and skills,mathematical ideas and methods,and obtain a wide range of mathematical knowledge Learning activity experience.Students are the masters of mathematics learning,and teachers are the organizers,guides and cooperators of mathematics learning." [1] With the rapid development of information technology,the traditional teaching mode has been unable to adapt to the junior high school mathematics teaching classroom,in order to further realize the school compulsory education stage of talent training needs,more and more educators emphasize to change the original traditional teaching methods,take the initiative to combine information technology and inquiry teaching mode,promote the formation of high-quality teaching effect,so as to improve the teaching quality One step to enhance students' academic literacy,cultivate students' academic thinking.This paper mainly takes the junior high school geometry "similar triangle" teaching as an example,studies the application of inquiry teaching mode in it,and designs the teaching mode of "creation,ask,exploration,cooperation and evaluation" according to the teaching practice.On the one hand,this research can improve teachers' professional ability,constantly reflect and summarize in the process of curriculum practice,and constantly improve the teaching level;on the other hand,it can promote students to develop the thinking of "finding,researching and solving problems" in the learning process,so as to achieve better teaching effect.This paper mainly uses the method of literature research and teaching experiment,on the teaching content of "similar triangle" in junior high school geometry,organically combines "number" and "shape",thus designs the teaching mode of "creation,ask,exploration,cooperation and evaluation".Through the teaching practice of the experimental class and the control class,it considers the teaching effect of this teaching mode,and evaluates it.Through the teaching data obtained from the teaching practice,combined with the comparison of the teaching results between the experimental class and the control class,the comprehensive analysis shows that in this "similar triangle" teaching activity,the teaching mode of "creation,ask,exploration,cooperation and evaluation" has greatly improved the teaching effect of this chapter.On the one hand,it effectively stimulates the enthusiasm of students' cooperative learning and changes their learning methods;on the other hand,it highlights the cultivation of students' ability to discover and explore problems in the learning process,which improves the teaching quality to a certain extent.The practice of this teaching mode is not only the need of quality education,but also an important means to enhance students' active inquiry learning ability and the only way to cultivate students' subject thinking.
