.With the continuous development of society,the demand for education is increasing,and the cultivation of students' core literacy is becoming more and more concerned.Teachers are not only the main body of cultivating middle school students' core literacy,but also the concrete executor of students' core literacy cultivation.The teaching design ability of middle school teachers is an important factor affecting the cultivation effect of discipline core literacy.The teaching design ability of high school ideological and political teachers is the core content of teaching ability,and its teaching design ability is related to the quality of middle school ideological and political education and teaching.Therefore,improving the teaching design ability of senior high school ideological and political teachers also meets the requirements of the development of middle school ideological and political courses."Socialism with Chinese Characteristics"——one of the new textbooks of high school ideology and politics,the main contents and teaching objectives of this textbook meet the requirements of the core accomplishment of the subject to a certain extent.Therefore,in the classroom teaching of "Socialism with Chinese characteristics",improving teachers' teaching design ability is helpful to better cultivate students' core accomplishment of subject.In the teaching practice of "Socialism with Chinese Characteristics ",the teaching design ability of ideological and political teachers still has problems that need to be solved in time because of various conditions.In order to solve the deficiency of teachers' teaching design ability in "Socialism with Chinese characteristics ",this paper takes" Socialism with Chinese characteristics as an example"to explore how to improve the teaching design ability of senior high school ideological and political teachers from the perspective of subject core accomplishment.This are four parts in the article:the first part is the introduction about it,mainly introduces the background research focus and innovation of the topic selection.At the same time,the author summarizes and analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad,which lays a certain foundation for the writing of this paper.The second part is a summary of the theories related to the teaching design ability of senior high school ideological and political teachers under the subject core accomplishment.This paper studies the problems existing in the teaching design ability of senior high school ideological and political teachers under the background of subject core accomplishment by means of interviews and questionnaires.The third part is the analysis of the problems existing in the previous part.The fourth part is the key content of this paper,and puts forward the concrete measures to improve the problem,including based on the core accomplishment of the subject,strengthening the combination of teaching design theory and teaching practice,taking the core accomplishment of the subject as the guide,improving the ability of teaching design and strengthening the training of teaching design.
