According to the ideological and political curriculum standards for ordinary high schools(2017 edition),the core quality of ideological and political discipline is the correct values,essential character and key ability that students can form through ideological and political learning.On core based on cultivating students' ideological and political quality,according to the requirements of new,to o 'clock required a "democratic management: to create a happy life" as an example,the analysis from the perspective of teaching design on how to cultivate the students' field four core accomplishment,and put forward optimization based on the ideological and political discipline through teaching reflection core literacy of high school thought political lesson teaching design strategy.In addition to the introduction,this paper mainly includes the following four chapters:The first chapter is related concepts and theoretical basis.This paper expounds the concept and content of the core accomplishment,especially the core accomplishment of the ideological and political discipline,and defines the concept of the teaching design of the ideological and political course.In addition,it explains the specific contents of the theory of proximal development,constructivist learning and effective teaching.The second chapter is based on the core quality of the subject oriented high school ideological and political teaching design concept,basis and principle.The teaching design concept of senior high school ideological and political course is a new concept guided by the core quality of ideological and political discipline,including four concepts: direction,activity,materialization and development.The teaching design of senior high school ideological and political course is based on the interpretation of the new curriculum standard,the analysis of teaching materials and learning situation.The principle of teaching design of senior high school ideological course aims at cultivating the students' core quality of ideological and political discipline,so as to define the teaching objective,create the teaching situation and construct the teaching activities.The third chapter is based on the core quality of the subject oriented high school ideological and political "democratic management: creating a happy life" teaching design process.Pre-class design,focus on the core quality of the subject: teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching key and difficult points,teaching and learning method design.Design in class,permeate the core quality of the subject: life introduction,stimulate students' emotion;Activity inquiry,enlighten students thinking;Case analysis,leading the value of students.After class design,practice the core accomplishment of the discipline: class summary,consolidate practice;After class expand,exercise students' ability.The fourth chapter is a reflection on the teaching design of high school ideological andpolitical "democratic management: creating a happy life" based on the discipline core accomplishment guidance.First of all,the teaching design of "democratic management: creating a happy life" is deeply reflected.Secondly,on this basis,the author puts forward the optimization measures of the teaching design of senior high school ideological and political courses based on the guidance of the core quality of the subject.Pay attention to the presupposition and generation of class,and grasp the rhythm of class teaching;Highlight the essence of the subject and construct teaching activities reasonably;Enhance the quality of teachers and improve the quality of teaching.
