The newly revised standard of Ideological and political course in senior high school puts forward the construction of activity-based course which is dominated by the cultivation of the core quality of the subject,which is an important link and a major innovation in the deepening of the reform of the course,which is directly related to the improvement of the quality of education,which fully implements the party's education policy,is conducive to the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue,and to the cultivation of a society with all-round development of morality,intelligence,body and beauty The builders and successors of socialism.It is of great value to carry out the research on the implementation of the ideological and political activity-based curriculum in senior high school from the perspective of core literacy.Through the research on the connotation,feasibility and value of the core literacy and the implementation of the activity-based curriculum around the core literacy,this paper explores the effective path of the implementation of the activity-based curriculum.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper mainly studies the implementation of Ideological and political activity-based curriculum in senior high school from three aspects.The first part is an overview of the curriculum theory of Ideological and political activities in senior high school from the perspective of core literacy.From the perspective of core literacy,this paper briefly summarizes the meaning,characteristics and implementation form of the ideological and political activity-based curriculum in senior high school.Through the interpretation of the basic content,we can understand the activity-based curriculum more systematically,and on this basis,we can carry out a reasonable research.Ideological and political core literacy,as a connecting link between the above and the next,is a medium-sized education goal.Its content includes political identity,scientific spirit,awareness of the rule of law,and public participation,which provides value guidance for the implementation of activity-based discipline curriculum.The course of Ideological and political activity in senior high school is a subject course with the main goal of implementing the core quality of Ideological and political subject and the combination of the content of political subject and life practice.It has the characteristics of subjectivity,theme,reality,etc.,which is conducive to the unity of political nature and academic rationality,the unity of theory and practice,the unity of unity and diversity,the dominance and the subject This part tries to demonstrate the feasibility of the implementation of the activity-based discipline curriculum in the perspective of core literacy from the aspects of characteristics and advantages.The second part is the analysis of the current situation and problems of the implementation of the ideological and activity-based discipline curriculum,and combs out the problems on the basis of affirming the initial results of the implementation of the curriculum.The existing problems mainly include the insufficient cultivation of the core quality of the discipline,the insufficient reflection of the content of the subject in the implementation of the activity-based discipline curriculum,the insufficient diversity of the implementation forms of the activity-based discipline curriculum,and the implementation of the activity-based discipline curriculum Not enough strength,etc.Under each curriculum from the perspective of subject core literacy.On the basis of further analysis of the problems,based on the core quality of the discipline,this paper discusses the Countermeasures of the dynamic process of Ideological and political activity-based curriculum from curriculum design,implementation to evaluation in three parts.In the part of curriculum design,it is emphasized to base on the core quality of the discipline,strengthen the core quality goal of the discipline,and design the activity-based discipline curriculum around the topic.In the course of curriculum implementation,it is necessary to focus on the core literacy of the subject,pay attention to the unity of core literacy and subject knowledge,and suggest that teachers should build appropriate problem situations to enhance students' activity experience in both entering and leaving the classroom.In the part of curriculum evaluation,it aims to implement the core quality of the discipline,details the curriculum evaluation standards,and enriches the form of curriculum evaluation.Pay attention to individual differences,emphasize qualitative evaluation,strive to diversify the evaluation subjects,pay more attention to the process in the evaluation process,emphasize formative evaluation,and combine with a certain degree of summative evaluation,pay more attention to the process of students' thinking,reasoning and problem-solving in the classroom.In this paper,through combing and analyzing the relevant theories and reality of the implementation of the activity-based discipline curriculum from the perspective of core literacy,and putting forward feasible countermeasures for the corresponding problems,this paper discusses the effective path to realize the fundamental task of moral education and human development in the new era,and provides a reference for the implementation of the harmonious and efficient ideological and political activity-based curriculum,so as to cultivate a
