With the deepening of new curriculum reform,the 2017 version of the ordinary high school ideological and political course standard has made a great adjustment in such aspects as curriculum structure,and further clarify the thought political lesson curriculum concept and the characteristics of the course,for the first time mentioned "through the introduction of the topics,guidance and discussion,teachers teaching methods,changing teaching in interaction between teachers and students,open atmosphere of democracy,".And in the teaching hint part,the topic is used to hint the course content.As an important starting point to implement the activity-type course of high school ideological and political courses and to cultivate the core quality of high school students'ideological and political subjects,the issue is the key to its design and implementation.Topics are the specific forms and key nodes that lead activities to be carried out,subject content oriented,and subject task oriented.Reasonable and appropriate topics can not only mobilize students' classroom participation and independent exploration,but also promote cooperation and inspire thinking.Only scientific and appropriate topic design can lay a foundation for the design and implementation of topic teaching,and ensure the quality of classroom teaching of topic teaching.This paper takes the high school ideological and political course topic design strategy as the research theme and focus,which is discussed in three parts:The first part is to clarify the significance of issue design and its related concepts,the types of issues and the significance of issue design to the teaching of various ideological and political courses.Firstly,the meaning of topic,topic teaching and topic design is defined by presenting and summarizing relevant literature.Secondly,according to the 34 topics given in the teaching hint part of the new curriculum standard,three basic types of ideological and political topics are analyzed,namely,empirical issues,discriminative issues and practical issues.Finally,this paper analyzes the significance of issue design for various ideological and political teaching,mainly from three perspectives:teachers' ideas,issue teaching and cultivation of students' core quality of subject.The second part elaborates the strategy of topic design.According to the basic process and steps of topic design,it will discuss one by one from the determination of the general topic to the division of sub-topics to the collection of topic materials and the presentation form of the topic.Firstly,it explains that the general topics should be determined according to the teaching content of ideological and political subject,students' reality and the science of the core quality of ideological and political subject.Secondly,it explains that sub-topics should be reasonably set up according to the knowledge logic and value guidance of the general topics,teaching objectives and teaching difficult points.Thirdly,it will explain how to collect extensively and timely collate and supplement the topic materials.Finally,you will see how to present the issue as a problem.The third part is to summarize.and conclude the problems that should be paid attention to in the process of topic design.In order to further ensure the scientificity and rationality of the topic design and meet the needs of the topic teaching and the requirements of students' learning and development,it will be explained from the theoretical problems,open problems,targeted problems and structural problems of the topic design.
