The theoretical knowledge of biological experiment comes from biology,which is a supplement to biological theory and the development of biological formation.The experimental course of the new curriculum standard of biology in senior high school not only puts forward the goal,improves the cultivation of students’ ability,but also provides first-hand materials for the teaching,and promotes the curriculum reform.However,due to the heavy task,the teachers and students do not pay enough attention to the experiment in fact,there are also many other factors seriously affect the development of the experiment teaching,as the limited conditions of biological laboratory,which result in requirements of the new curriculum reform have not been implemented,so it is necessary to carry out innovative research on biological experiment teaching.Through literature review,this paper summarizes the status and basic theory of teaching research,uses the questionnaire survey method to understand the biology experiments situations of current teaching,students’ learning,course opening,laboratory equipment configurations,and the innovation from the perspective of teachers and students in three key middle schools in Jiayu County,and sorts out the feedback data.Based on the analysis,it is found that there are seven problems in the high school biology experiment teaching,such as the insufficient of the configuration,negative experimental attitudes of teachers and students,opening of experimental courses tight,assessment of innovation of experimental operation unreasonable,lack of students’ interest and communication,and so on.In order to put forward the systematic improvement and innovation measures,the pilot application was carried out in some high school classes,achieved good results and laid a foundation for the promotion and application of innovative achievements.The innovation of this paper is to improve the experimental materials,reagents,devices,conditions,methods and design,and put forward to the measures to strengthen the guarantee of experimental innovation teaching.The conclusion of this study is:the teachers and students should pay more attention to improve students’ exploration and practical ability,strengthen the innovation of biological experiment operation,and enhance the consciousness of innovation.I hope this study can provide helpful reference for innovative teaching of biological experiments.
