Biology is an experiment-based subject,and plants and microorganisms account for a relatively high proportion of the compulsory content of high school biology.Therefore,the corresponding development and use of this content will help improve students' rational thinking and scientific inquiry ability.There are many domestic researches on the improvement and innovation of high school biology experiments.These improvements and innovations have made biological experiments more diversified,and can stimulate students' interest in learning and experimental inquiry capabilities from multiple perspectives.In the science and technology innovation competition,great importance is attached to the cultivation of biological science inquiry ability,and some schools have also become the main force in the competition to cultivate students' scientific inquiry ability.In foreign countries,scientific and technological innovation experiments are also valued by many people with lofty ideals,and the corresponding scientific innovation experiment website has been launched.On the website,there are some competition results displayed and corresponding guidance programs.Therefore,this research is devoted to the development of experimental instruction manuals that are compatible with existing compulsory textbooks,using advanced experimental teaching theories and methods at home and abroad,combined with professional knowledge learned to compile,and hope to help students in the path of scientific inquiry.A deeper understanding and understanding.It is more conducive to the formation of the core literacy of biological sciences.This research is a development and application research.The research process is roughly divided into three parts.The first part is theoretical research.First,the teaching methods and teaching models of high school biology practical inquiry and the application of teaching theories are sorted out.Secondly,some common experimental inquiry methods and experimental inquiry skills in high school biology are summarized and sorted out.Finally,it integrates and translates the corresponding theories and instructional materials of foreign scientific inquiry experiments.The second part is investigation and analysis.I conducted a research and analysis of the development process of biological innovation experiments in my practice school and the corresponding schools I can contact.Including students and teachers,as to how they conduct biological experiments,how to conduct biological experiments,and which factors in biological experiments are most important for their growth in learning biology,conduct questionnaire surveys and analyses.Based on the corresponding modification and adjustment of the experimental instruction manual.The third part is to provide some chapters of the prepared experimental instruction manual to the corresponding teachers for use,and at the same time collect the corresponding teachers' guidance opinions through the method of interviews.Further improve the manual.The following conclusions can be drawn from this research: 1.The scientific experiment inquiry process and methods in this manual can promote the improvement of students' core literacy of biological sciences to a certain extent;2.The hypothesis for guiding scientific experiment inquiry in this manual The scientific experiment process can effectively cultivate students' ability to ask questions and screen information.3.The application of this manual to practical teaching and students' autonomous learning in class can effectively improve students' multi-dimensional thinking,multi-angle analysis,and experimental design analysis capabilities for scientific inquiry experiments.The results of this research can provide a certain reference and inspiration for teachers and related staff who are committed to improving students' scientific inquiry ability and rational thinking in the future.
