A new round of high school education reform in sichuan province from2010pulled open heavy curtain, more attention to the cultivation of students’ ability to explore and scientific research in teaching, to provide the exploring teaching broader opportunities and space. Exploring experimental teaching as a part of the experiment teaching has the important position in high school teaching, and teaching mode is the bridge to contact teaching theory and teaching practice. As a high school biology teacher, from the Angle of biology subject to build biological zetetic experiment teaching mode in high school, through the study, hope more biology teachers can use exploring teaching better in experiment teaching, and provides an available application mode in experiment. This paper is divided into the introduction and the text two parts.The text composed of four parts:Chapter1introduces the confirmation experiment teaching and the Exploring experimental teaching by analyzing their concepts, aim of experiments, principle of experiments, and experiment mode. Then through conducting a further analysis through two experiment cases, it summarizes the similarities and differences between the confirmation experiment teaching and the Exploring experimental teaching in a table format.Chapter2Selecting some teaching practice excerpts and teaching cases, it concludes the present issue in the Exploring experimental teaching and points out the reason for it.Chapter3through the process of the form and development of students’ capability of the Exploring experiment and the ability to solve problem, the characteristics of the experimental probing study were summarizedChapter4the basic thought of biological exploratory experiments is put forward.
