Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Entrepreneurship Education In Higher Vocational Colleges

With the development of China's higher education and the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, the employment of college students is becoming a major problem in the field of education in China. Especially the "new normal" facing the China's economy and finance, the speeding up of the economic structure and industrial structure adjustment, enterprise for labor demand structure also occurred in the major changes, enterprises not only need to meet the application type talents, but also need to entrepreneurial thinking peacekeeping venture to the talent.In higher vocational colleges is a talent for enterprises to provide an important base, must to the talents training goal and training mode reform, increase to adapt to and promote the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents of social development and higher vocational colleges of entrepreneurship education also has strong social and cultural significance. This study is based on this environment, trying to make a thorough study of the entrepreneurship education in Higher Vocational colleges.Based on the research in the literature reading, research object and the related concepts were defined, using typical case study method, analysis of entrepreneurship education in Higher Vocational Colleges and universities in foreign countries and summarizes their common experience, followed by teachers and students of Vocational Colleges in Jiangxi Province 12 on behalf of interview and questionnaire survey were carried out, get of entrepreneurship education in Higher Vocational Colleges in a number of key research data.After the data processing and analysis, this paper finds that the current higher vocational colleges in Jiangxi province basically are to carry out the entrepreneurship education, students to doing poineering work also has higher enthusiasm and a certain understanding, but there are also lack of awareness of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education, teaching staff is hard to win either the requirements of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship education curriculum design is not scientific and entrepreneurship education support system problems. The main reasons are: the traditional concept of the shackles, the development of entrepreneurship education is short, the lack of research on entrepreneurship education, venture capital investment is seriously insufficient, and so on. Therefore, this paper argues that in order to further promote the development of entrepreneurship education in Higher Vocational Colleges and need to take the following countermeasures: vocational colleges should establish a "public entrepreneurship, innovation and peoples' new business philosophy, and actively explore new entrepreneurship education mode and education system, increase the input of funds of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.
