Research On The Quality Guarantee Mechanism Of The Entrepreneurship Education In Universities

The entrepreneurship education in universities is a profound reform of higher education paradigm in China, a necessary choice for Chinese universities to break through the traditional education mode, and also a vital measure to cultivate students entrepreneurial consciousness, entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial ability. As a new educational idea and mode, the entrepreneurship education in universities has been highly valued and supported by the government. However, on the whole, compared with foreign countries, China s entrepreneurship education in universities is still in the exploratory stage. The scale and quality of entrepreneurship education is far from the expected goals. How to improve the quality of the entrepreneurship education in universities, and make it realize its function and value has become a hot topic, which is worthy of in-depth discussion and study for higher educators. In order to guarantee the quality of the entrepreneurship education in universities and promote its healthy development, the thesis explores the connotation and theoretical basis of the quality guarantee mechanism of the entrepreneurship education in universities, and the current situation, problems as well as the measures of quality guarantee. Specifically, this thesis is mainly divided into five parts:The first part, systematically analyzes the quality guarantee mechanism of the entrepreneurship education in universities, and elaborates the connotation and theoretical basis of the quality guarantee mechanism of the entrepreneurship education in universities. The thesis holds that quality guarantee mechanism of the entrepreneurship education in universities is an organic whole, namely to realize the goal of the entrepreneurship education in universities and improve the quality of the entrepreneurship education in universities, relying on a series of quality management activities from the university and government. The thesis takes the total quality management theory and higher education quality assurance theory as the theoretical basis to construct the quality guarantee mechanism of the entrepreneurship education in universities.The second part explores the history of the entrepreneurship education in universities. It s divided into three stages: autonomous exploration stage; multiple exploration stage; comprehensive promotion stage. It s beneficial to examine the development trend of China s entrepreneurship education in universities.The third part explores the current situation and the problems of the quality guarantee of the entrepreneurship education in universities. By using the method of literature research and investigation, the thesis analyzes the current situation of the quality guarantee of entrepreneurship education in three universities. The main problems are as follows: the training goal of entrepreneurship education is not clear; the teaching mode of entrepreneurship education is not optimized; the construction of teacher team of entrepreneurship education is lagging behind; the quality evaluation system of entrepreneurship education is not perfect; the service guarantee system of entrepreneurship education is not perfect; the funding of entrepreneurship education is not sufficient; the policy effect of entrepreneurship education is limited.The fourth part introduces the successful case of establishing the quality guarantee mechanism of the entrepreneurship education in foreign universities. By analyzing the two typical universities, summarizes the successful experience to provide a useful reference for the construction of the quality guarantee mechanism of entrepreneurship education in universities.The fifth part discusses the construction of the quality guarantee mechanism of the entrepreneurship education in universities. Based on the current situation of the quality guarantee of China s entrepreneurship education in universities and the enlightenment of foreign universities, the thesis puts forward following measures to explore how to construct the quality guarantee mechanism of entrepreneurship education in universities. The measures are as follows: accurately grasping the training goal of entrepreneurship education; optimizing the teaching mode of entrepreneurship education; strengthening the teaching staff construction of entrepreneurship education; establishing the quality evaluation system of entrepreneurship education; improving the service guarantee mechanism of entrepreneurship education; increasing the funds investment mechanism of entrepreneurship education; perfecting the policy support mechanism of entrepreneurship education. By taking these measures, we expect to ensure the quality of entrepreneurship education in universities, and provide the intellectual support and personnel support for the construction of an innovative country.
