This thesis studies the incentive mechanism of teachers for innovation and entrepreneurship in local undergraduate colleges in Henan,which are the main force of the popularization and innovative and applied talents cultivation of higher education in China.Restricted by the lack of resources,it is more necessary to promote teaching reform through innovation and entrepreneurship education,improve talent training quality,and build high-level teaching staff.At present,innovation and entrepreneurship education in local undergraduate colleges has made some progress,but there are still many problems,including the shortage of teachers,structural imbalance etc.,among which strengthening the faculty construction is one of the most critical links.How to attract and encourage teachers to participate in innovation and entrepreneurship education,and establish a stable teaching staff is extremely urgent.Based on interviews and investigations on the first-line teachers,this study analyzes the current situation of the innovation and entrepreneurship faculty in three Henan local undergraduate colleges,finds out the problems and main causes of the incentive mechanism for the innovative and entrepreneurial teaching staff construction from four dimensions of basic composition,evaluation and assessment,selection and training,and motivation,and explores a new way to motivate teachers in innovation and entrepreneurship education by creating a beneficial environment from the angle of the health-incentive factors theory.Meanwhile,multiple evaluation,sustainable training,achievement motivation and dynamic development should be improved as incentive factors to attract and motivate more excellent teachers.Theoretically,the research of incentive mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship faculty construction are enriched.Practically,the problems and causes of the incentive mechanism,as well as the health-incentive measures and suggestions,can provide ideas and plans for the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial teaching staff of Henan local undergraduate universities.
