Research On The Relationship Between Guarantee Mechanism And Effectiveness Of Entrepreneurship Education In Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years,mass entrepreneurship and innovation have flourished,and the concept of entrepreneurship education has provided an important impetus to ease employment pressure and promote economic transformation.Colleges and universities have become the main battlefield for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents,especially in higher vocational colleges.In recent years,the student entrepreneurship rate is higher than the national average.The mechanism is the specific operation mode to achieve the purpose of the system.Therefore,improving the construction of the guarantee mechanism of entrepreneurship education has important theoretical and practical significance for improving the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.The key point of this paper is the construction status of the guarantee mechanism of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,the effect of entrepreneurship education and the relationship between them.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview to survey the students of five vocational colleges in Jiangxi province,and uses SPSS23.0 and AMOS21 to analyze the collected data.According to the statistical analysis,students are not satisfied with the construction of incentive mechanism and supervision mechanism,and the explicit effect of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges is poor.Students with different gender,grade and political status have significant differences in satisfaction with the guarantee mechanism of entrepreneurship education.There is significant differences in the effect of entrepreneurship education among students of different schools,gender,grade,political status and class cadre experience.There is a significant positive influence between the guarantee mechanism of entrepreneurship education and the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education.From the influence path of four dimensions of the guarantee mechanism of entrepreneurship education on the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education,except that the supervision mechanism has no significant influence on the explicit effect,the other seven paths have significant influence,which shows that strengthening the construction of the guarantee mechanism of entrepreneurship education plays an important role in improving the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education.From the perspective of influence coefficient,the supporting mechanism has the largest influence,followed by information mechanism and incentive mechanism.As far as the hidden effect is concerned,the supporting mechanism has the biggest influence,followed by the supervision mechanism,information mechanism and incentive mechanism.Based on the analysis of the research results,this paper proposes optimization suggestions for the guarantee mechanism of entrepreneurship education:First,based on thecharacteristics of the status quo,to do a good top-level design;Second,improve the support mechanism and innovate the working mode;Third,improve the supervision mechanism to ensure the quality of education;Fourth,optimize the incentive mechanism and reform the assessment system;Fifth,strengthen information mechanism and build information platform.
