With the development of the new curriculum reform,the topic teaching in the ideological and political class of high school has become the object of research and practice of experts and scholars and teachers.As the soul of topic teaching,the quality of its design affects the effect of the implementation of topic-based teaching.Therefore,this paper focuses on the topic design of high school ideological and political courses,based on the actual investigation and research,analyzes the problems and causes of the current high school political teaching topic design,and explores the strategy of topic design according to the survey results.This paper is divided into three parts,except introduction and conclusion.The first part: an overview of the topic design of high school ideological and political course.It mainly includes the connotation of the topic design of high school ideological and political course,the steps of the topic design of high school ideological and political course,and the significance of optimizing the topic design of high school ideological and political course.Firstly,it expounds the concept of topic and topic design of high school ideological and political course;secondly,it analyzes the steps of topic design;finally,it emphasizes the significance of optimizing topic design from four aspects: highlighting the teaching theme,promoting the transformation of teaching methods,achieving the goal of cultivating the core quality of the subject,and promoting the professional growth of teachers.The second part: the investigation on the current situation of the topic design of high school ideological and political course.According to the survey results of questionnaire and interview,the author analyzes the effectiveness of current topic design: teachers have a certain awareness of topic design and start to try,topic design and implementation mobilize students' interest in learning and promote the achievement of teaching objectives.At the same time,it analyzes the following problems in the current issue design: lack of pertinence in the issue design;lack of inquiry in the issue design;lack of hierarchy in the issue design;lack of timeliness in the issue design;improper number of issues in the issue design.On this basis,the paper analyzes the existing reasons: the lack of awareness and ability of some teachers' topic design;the restriction of students' learning habits;less class hours and heavy teaching tasks of Ideological and political course;the influence of educational environment.The third part: the strategy of optimizing the design of the ideological and political course in senior high school.It is also the key part of this paper.In view of the problems and the reasons for the problems in the topic design,combined with the characteristics and practice of the current high school ideological and political course teaching,the author uses teaching examples to improve the awareness and ability of the teacher's topic design;to prepare for the class,to strengthen the pertinence and inquiry of the topics;to refine the major concepts of the subject,to improve the integration and level of the topics;to expand teaching resources,The paper aims to improve the design of the ideological and political courses in senior high school by enhancing the issue time and interest,perfecting the evaluation system and creating five parts of a good educational environment.
