| Education is the great plan of the country and the Party,and it bears the fundamental task of cultivating people through virtue.General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the symposium of ideological and political theory teachers that "ideological and political theory course is the key course to carry out the fundamental task of cultivating people through virtue".This puts forward higher requirements for teachers of ideological and political theory course in the new era.Teachers of morality and rule of law in junior high schools shoulder the heavy responsibility of educating people by virtue,assuming the role of "leading the way" for the growth of teenagers and buckle their first button in life.Under the background of new era,strengthening the rule of law and the junior middle school moral lesson of teachers’ professional identity is not only beneficial to the improvement of teachers’ own quality,promote the junior middle school moral lesson and the rule of law professional development of teachers,but also to improve the effectiveness of morality and the rule of law class,give full play to the effect of moral education,to cultivate a new era the undertaker of the national rejuvenation and successors to lay the foundation of the socialist cause.Research,therefore,to increase the new era of middle school moral lesson and the rule of law on the premise of teachers’ professional identity,analyzing influence new age junior high morality and the rule of law class teachers’ professional identity of personal characteristics,system and policy,environmental factors,and from three aspects: teachers themselves,schools,society,proposes to increase the new age junior middle school moral lesson teacher professional identity under the rule of law related countermeasures.In the whole research process,questionnaire survey and interview analysis were adopted to investigate and study the moral and rule of law teachers in seven junior high schools in J and W,in order to grasp the status quo of their professional identity.Through the research,it is found that some middle school moral and rule of law teachers have some deficiencies in professional identity,which are manifested as: weakened Marxist belief,reduced professional sense of achievement,job burnout,and confused career development prospects.Morality and the rule of law according to the survey of the status quo analysis of the new era of junior high school class teachers’ professional identity in the cause of the differences,including gender,age,title,education background,personal characteristics,such as teachers incentive mechanism and evaluation system of performance evaluation system and teachers’ professional development system and policy factors and environmental factors such as family,school and society.Finally,the paper discusses the countermeasures to enhance the professional identity of teachers in moral and rule of law courses in junior high schools in the new era,and discusses pertinently from three aspects: improving the personal quality of teachers,optimizing the school environment,and strengthening social security. |
