Teacher moral identity is a new proposition in the field of teacher education,It is an essential part of teacher moral education and it promotes the continuous development of teachers' moral education.The teacher's moral identity refers to the teacher's full understanding of the teacher moral system on the basis of the moral self,and from the emotional point of view,it has an attitude of admiring and obeying the moral system,and this kind of attitude is further promoted as the conscious and voluntary moral behavior in teaching activities..In this paper,based on a review of relevant literature on moral identity and teachers' moral identity,combined with surveys and interviews research methods,the current situation of primary and secondary school teachers' moral identity is assessed through an examination of the moral identity of primary and secondary school teachers in A County,Lvliang City.Actually,The study found that the overall level of teacher moral recognition is high,but there are still many problems.These problems can be roughly divided into two levels,the level of teachers themselves and the external environment.From the perspective of teachers themselves,the main problem is that there are deviations in the understanding of teachers' moral identity;from the external environment,the main problems are the crisis of teacher morality and the social situation of teachers' moral identity.By analyzing the above issues and combining the data obtained from the survey interviews,There will be two main reasons.From the perspective of teachers themselves,teacher personality expansion,moral awareness,lack of moral beliefs,and distortion of moral values will all greatly reduce the moral recognition of teachers;from the external environment,it mainly includes two major environments:school and society.In schools,the ineffectiveness of administrative management,the unscientific evaluation of teacher ethics,and the formalization of teacher education,in the social environment,the polarization of the media,the negative effects of market economy,and the unsatisfactory protection of teachers' interests are all in place.To a certain extent,it hinders the completion of teachers' moral identity.Therefore,it further explores the possible ways to find teachers' moral identity from both the teachers themselves and the external environment.From the teacher's own level,it can be accomplished through narrative reflection,practice generation,and self-research.From the external environment level,it can create "freedom ".The teacher moral education atmosphere of teachers,the construction of teacher-oriented teacher morale assessment mechanism,the correct orientation of public opinion,as well as the establishment of a good social moral environment,and the improvement of teachers' salaries and other measures to help teachers complete the ethics of teachers.
