The identification of teachers' professional ethics is a new proposition in the field of teacher education,which is an essential part of teachers' moral education and promotes the continuous development of teachers' moral construction.Teachers' professional moral identity means that teachers fully understand the system of teachers' morality on the basis of moral cognition,and produce a respectful and obedient attitude towards this moral system from the emotional point of view,so that this attitude can be sublimated into spontaneous moral behavior in education and teaching activities.Based on the systematic analysis of the research on Teachers' morality and moral identity at home and abroad,this paper makes a specific explanation of the core concepts,related concepts and theoretical basis of teachers' professional ethics identity,and proposes three possible influencing factors of teachers' professional ethics identity in primary and secondary schools:self-esteem,interpersonal relationship and professional identity.In the part of empirical research,the author borrows the moral identity questionnaire of Wan Zengkui,on the basis of its adaptation,combining the three influencing factors research scale.Then the author randomly selects 500 primary and secondary school teachers,including 6 primary and secondary schools,as the research object,to understand the overall level of the current professional moral identity of primary and secondary school teachers,and to explore the main problems,characteristics and influencing factors and possible interactions.It is found that the overall level of professional ethics identification of primary and secondary school teachers is general,and there are obvious differences in teaching grade and gender.Compared with primary school teachers,the professional ethics identification of secondary school teachers has declined,while that of female teachers is significantly higher than that of male teachers;At the same time,self-esteem,interpersonal relationship and professional identity have significant and independent influence on the professional ethics identity of primary and secondary school teachers,among which self-esteem and professional identity have a significant influence.Combined with interviews,further discussion and analysis,there are three aspects to the problem attribution of teachers' professional ethics identification in primary and secondary schools based on the data obtained: the weak subjective consciousness of the internalization of professional ethics,the crisis of social expectation of the role of professional ethics,and the weakening of the unified regulations of professional ethics identification.Based on it,this paper further discusses the cultivation path of the professional ethics identity of primary and secondary school teachers,which mainly includes three aspects: strengthening the subjective consciousness of the internalization of professional ethics,striving for the reflective transcendence of the professional ethics identity,and paying attention to the special construction of the professional ethics system.
