At present,the acceleration of the pace of life leads to increased stress,anxiety and depression and other bad moods,increasingly serious mental health problems need to be paid attention to.The ACE mental health intervention model proposed by Canadian scholars has improved the psychological flexibility of individuals and their mental health by means of group empowerment and mindfulness training.Better empowerment in ACE intervention model helps promote individual self-awareness and acceptance,and thus improve mental health quality and prevent mental health problems.In reviewing the implementation process of this model,this paper adopts qualitative research methodology to collect empirical data through literature review,interviews,participatory field observation,and applies NVivo software in coding and data analysis.The following topics are discussed:the meaning of the empowerment in the ACE model,the ways and processes of knowledge transfer,the factors affecting the transfer of knowledge of empowerment,and the strategies to improving knowledge transfer of empowerment.In this study,we find that the ACE intervention model helps participants learn to be in the present moment,recognize and diffuse inflexible ideas,accept themselves and others,realize empowerment and improve psychological flexibility.They take part in training activities like "exclusion circle" and "bus driver" training activities.The model also emphasizes collaborative learning,experiential learning,critical reflection and critical dialogue.The main factors influencing the outcome of knowledge transfer are knowledge itself,knowledge provider,knowledge recipient,context of transfer and other factors.This study shows the stronger the scientific norm of knowledge,the better the transfer;the more motivated the knowledge provider,the stronger the transferability;The receptive and committed the knowledge recipients,the better outcome of knowledge transfer.Moreover,cultural difference,organizational structure,supervision,practice,and other contextual factors will also affect the knowledge transfer of empowerment elements.Accordingly,recommendations are made to overcome cultural differences,optimize the ACE intervention model,enhance the application of insights from experiential learning,improve the learning capacity of knowledge recipients,establish a supervision and support mechanism,strengthen communication and collaboration among universities,refine the incentive mechanism,and promote a positive atmosphere for knowledge transfer.
