Study On College Knowledge Transfer Mode

In the background of knowledge economy coming quietly with the trend of economic globalization enhancing, Chinese enterprises involved in more fierce international competition environment. At present our enterprises mostly in the state which the core competence especially innovation ability is weak. The knowledge transfer mode which is between university and enterprise will be undoubted as soon as possible to change the current situation, and the effective method to rapidly improve the innovation ability of enterprises.This dissertation mainly adopts model building, comparative analysis and system dynamics analysis of the method to analyze the problem of university knowledge transfer from the angle of the model.This dissertation analyzes relevant theories and university of knowledge transfer mode, study the effect of three factors including universities, enterprises and governments to knowledge transfer. This dissertation analyzes existing knowledge transfer mode, summarizes two specific knowledge transfer modes, namely the knowledge transfer mode and platform cooperation mode. This dissertation next to analyze the knowledge transfer situation of domestic and international college, points out the problems of our college knowledge transfer and corresponding countermeasures. Finally, with Jingdezhen ceramic institute for example, based on system dynamics theory of its knowledge transfer activity analysis, prove knowledge transfer can better promote university scientific dissertation, and to raise the level of enterprise to bring the rich economic benefits.
