Colleges are important part of national innovation system and the main force of scientific research. As the basic unit of scientific research organization in college, the scientific research team, particularly the research form of graduates’ scientific study with the tutor’s direction, plays an important role in national innovation system.The precedent research on knowledge transfer in college mainly focuses on knowledge transfer between colleges and between college and enterprise. With frequent knowledge transfer in college, knowledge transfer between the teacher and the student is the epitome of knowledge transfer inside the college. Graduates, as the highest rank of talent training in college, are the hard core of scientific research and knowledge innovation. As the main feature in scientific study, knowledge transfer between the teacher and the student lays the foundation of graduates’ knowledge innovation in college. Knowledge transfer performance in graduates’ scientific study leaves a direct influence on their competence in knowledge innovation. Thus, it is of great necessity to make research on the knowledge transfer between the teacher and the student in college and explore the possible influential factors on their knowledge transfer performance.This paper, from the perspective of features, process and influential factors of knowledge transfer, with introduction of role stress theory, makes a research on the influential factors in the knowledge transfer performance between tutors and graduates in college and develops empirical validation to the influential factors model through questionnaire and statistics.The research conclusion includes:(1) role stress quo status of graduates is in good condition; (2) obvious difference in knowledge transfer between graduates and tutors in different backgrounds (age, gender, discipline, and numbers in one team); (3) similar to knowledge features, acceptance willingness, acceptance ability, teaching ability, relations and belief, knowledge distance and knowledge transfer method, role stress has a obvious influence on knowledge transfer performance between tutors and graduates, (4)knowledge distance has no obvious influence on knowledge transfer performance between tutors and graduatesOn this basis, this paper puts forward some suggestions for knowledge transfer between tutors and graduates in college and makes conclusion and expectations for the future related research. |
