Intervention Of Social Work Empowerment Intervention Study Of Retarded Youth Service

The mentally disabled group is a special one of groups of persons with disabilities. Because of the lack of their self-care ability needs, people are asked to put more attention and give their more help. The retarded youth is a complex and crucial period. On this period, their demands exsit in many aspects, especially in the employment and social demand. Based on the X social worker firm service project as an example, in order to increase the energy theory on social work services for people with intellectual disabilities process research, from enhance retarded youth employment ability and social ability perspective, research on social work intervention retarded youth service process, comprehensive use of qualitative and quantitative methods, through participatory observation method, questionnaire, interview and literature collection project service skills, methods and results, and the service is produced in the process of ethical issues are thoroughly discussed, for social workers in the service of mentally retarded young group process to provide reference.
