Online learning has become one of the main learning methods of people.Knowledge transfer is the main way for learners to acquire knowledge during the online learning process.How does knowledge transfer to learners in the online community? How effective is this knowledge transfer? This study takes the “Northwest Normal University Teachers Information Technology Application Ability Training Network” as a support platform and combines the “Guangxi National Training Program—Primary and Elementary(Kindergarten)Teacher Information Technology Application Ability Enhancement Project” to participate in the “National Training” of Gansu Province.As part of the research,some teachers use literature research methods,questionnaires,and content analysis methods to carry out relevant research on knowledge transfer in virtual learning communities.the purpose of research:Through combing relevant research at home and abroad,the knowledge transfer process in the virtual learning community is taken as the research object.Based on the understanding of the overall knowledge transfer situation in the virtual learning community,the classic knowledge transfer model is used,and the transfer mode and features are contrastively analyzed to construct a virtual environment.Learning the theoretical model of knowledge transfer in the community and providing reference for the transfer of knowledge in the virtual learning community provide a theoretical basis for the continuous and healthy development of the virtual learning community.Research ideas and methods:Research ideas: First,through the analysis of research background and literature,summarizing and summarizing the characteristics and classification of virtual learning communities,the factors affecting knowledge transfer,comparative analysis of the classic mode of knowledge transfer,to prepare for the construction of models;Second,in the previous article The theoretical model of knowledge transfer in the virtual learning community is constructed on the basis of it,and various parts of the theoretical model are analyzed.Thirdly,the specific virtual learning community is used as an example to analyze the practice of knowledge transfer and analyze the process of knowledge transfer in the actual community;finally,Questionnaire survey investigates the factors affecting knowledge transfer,analyzes the effect of knowledge transfer through content analysis,and proposes strategies and suggestions for promoting knowledge transfer in virtual learning communities.Research methods: The main research methods are mainly literature analysis,content analysis and questionnaire survey.Collect information by reading related books,listening to lectures,and searching for documents.Through the CNKI Excellent Bo Master Dissertation Library,CNKI China Journal Full-Text Library,and electronic "Superstar" books as the main mode for document retrieval,supplemented by traditional paper documents.Through systematic research,the main results obtained are as follows:1.Construct a theoretical model of knowledge transfer in the virtual learning community,and analyze the specific composition of the model.Through detailed literature analysis and collation,on the basis of summarizing and summarizing the influencing factors of knowledge transfer in the virtual learning community and comparing and analyzing classical knowledge transfer models,a theoretical model of knowledge transfer in the virtual learning community is constructed;the model is divided into two parts,and the influencing factors include: Transfer the main body,the transferred knowledge,the transfer channel and the transfer situation.The transfer process is the four stages of the cycle,knowledge acquisition stage,communication stage,application stage and innovation stage.2.Take a specific virtual learning community as an example to analyze knowledge transfer patterns and study the effects of knowledge transfer.Based on the theoretical model of knowledge transfer in the virtual learning community,a practical analysis of knowledge transfer in the specific “national training” virtual learning community is conducted,and a concrete model of knowledge transfer in the virtual learning community is proposed;knowledge transfer is carried out on this basis.The effect research,through the questionnaire survey method,excludes the two factors under the context of knowledge transfer in knowledge transfer factors,knowledge distance and spatial distance,and other factors that affect knowledge transfer in the virtual learning community;through comparative analysis before and after the test,the learner posts The content analysis of the job and the comparative analysis of the case found that the four stages of knowledge transfer are mutually reinforcing,but in terms of a single stage,the innovation stage has the greatest impact on the effect of knowledge transfer.
