In recent years,the country and the society have put forward higher requirements on the professional development of kindergarten teachers.As an important way to promote the professional development of preschool teachers,in-service training has attracted much attention.Questionnaire survey and interview were used to investigate the current situation of a kindergarten in Zhangjiakou city.To understand the situation of teachers' in-service training,analyze the problems of in-service training,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.To providing specific reference for the post-service training of the research object,promotes the in-depth development of the in-service training of kindergarten teachers.Through the survey of the present situation of the in-service training of the research object,the following conclusion are obtained:(1)kindergarten attaches great importance to training,but has not yet formed a systematic kindergarten-based training system;(2)the training effect is recognized,but the training process is unbalanced and lacks pertinence;(3)teachers are abundant and their recognition is different;(4)the kindergarten-based training content is purposeful,and some in-service content is blocked;(5)training comes in many forms,some have not played a real effect;(6)teachers have a high demand for follow-up guidance,but the training side cannot meet it well.Through the analysis of the present situation of the in-service training of the research object,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)the kindergarten shall establish a systematic training system;(2)improve training pertinence;(3)enhance the recognition of teachers;(4)explore ways to expand implementable content;(5)give play to training form real effect;(6)the training party shall strive to improve the follow-up guidance. |
