Education is the key to national destiny. Teachers are very important in training people. Teacher education is related to the quality of teaching in the future and it directly affects the training of the national high quality talents at the same time. High quality teachers and teacher education are the basis of high quality education competition, talent competition and the comprehensive national strength competition. China’s teacher education curriculum reform is an inevitable trend following the development of reality and international reform; is the need of basic education reform; and is the inevitable request of teachers’ specialization as well. Today preschool education question receives a lot of attention from the whole society, so the society puts forward higher request for preschool educational level and the quality requirements for preschool education teachers are also rising. This not only brings impact on preschool teachers’ ideas, but also brings many challenges for their professional knowledge and ability. In recent years, universities across the country continuously cultivate and transport the preschool education professional talents for the society. Education curriculum of college preschool teachers has been carrying the duty of education personnel training for preschool teachers. It urgently needs a curriculum reform conforming to the professional development of preschool teachers. This thesis, on the basis of the historical development of teacher education, by understanding the status quo of preschool teacher education curriculum about 13 colleges and universities, takes College S as the breakthrough point and uses the questionnaire survey method, interview method, case study method and action research in order to analyze the current problems of preschool teacher education curriculum and explore influencing factors of preschool teacher education curriculum in colleges and universities. At the same time, the thesis puts forward the role transformation from teacher to educator and the ascension of preschool teachers’ professional moral education character. According to the principle of the reform of the three, the preschool teachers’ professional development is emphasized. Fusion of preschool teacher education curriculum in the concept of education thinking for preschool teachers’ professional standards of preschool education in colleges and universities, curriculum proposal of talent cultivation is proposed. According to the results of the study, a reasonable personnel training curriculum plan is designed.
