In recent years,with the continuous development of society and economy,people are paying more and more attention to their own quality of life when their basic lives are satisfied,so hospice services have appeared,and incurable diseases such as cancer have threatened people 's lives,making people The demand for hospice is increasing.On the basis of the author's practice in Guizhou hospice,combined with the current situation of hospice care and related theories,this paper conducts an intervention study on the problems encountered by two typical advanced cancer patients in hospice care,two of whom are women.The first is a 63-year-old retired employee with advanced lung cancer and bone metastasis.The second is a39-year-old unmarried mother with advanced uterine cancer.The two clients are at different stages of life and have different coping methods when dealing with cancer.Before the start of the service,the author consulted relevant research results of hospice care and collected practical data in the process of practice to provide theoretical and practical basis for this article.At the same time,the demand of the case owner is evaluated.It is found that the demand of the case owner mainly includes the following two aspects: on the one hand,it is the demand to ease the death anxiety of aunt,on the other hand,it is the demand of aunt Wen to ease the economic pressure and enhance the sense of life value.In the service phase,first establish a trust relationship with the case owner,use the interview method to conduct face-to-face interviews with the case owner and his family members,doctors and social workers to understand the problems and needs of the case owner,then conduct in-depth interviews with the case owner,and use the life review theory,narrative therapy theory and rational emotion therapy theory to provide hospice care services for the case owner and intervene in the case owner.At the end of the service phase,the effectiveness of case work intervention in hospice care is evaluated through case owner self-evaluation,supervision evaluation and social worker evaluation.After the end of the whole intervention process,the author reconsidered and summarized the whole hospice care service and got the following conclusions: medical socialworkers are in short supply;The way of intervention affects the establishment of professional relations.There is much room for social work to intervene in hospice care services.The article affirms the role and effect of case work method in hospice care service,and on this basis,the author puts forward some suggestions on the problems encountered in the service.
