The policy of teachers' rotation and exchange is of great significance to improve the quality of education and teaching in weak rural areas and to present the quality of compulsory education in urban and rural areas.However,in the specific implementation process,the policy has aroused widespread concern and controversy in the social scope.It is of practical significance to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers,ensure the effect of the policy and reduce social disputes to respect the of the teachers who are the interest subjects and the action subjects of job rotation exchange.This study uses empirical analysis method to introduce the demographic status,labor market status,economic status,family status,inflow school support status and teachers' psychological status of rotation teachers in 6220 primary and secondary schools in 33 counties of 18 provinces.SPSS software was used to explore and analyze the influencing factors of teachers' to rotate.Independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the variables of demographic dimension,labor market dimension,economic dimension and family dimension.Spearman correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to analyze the inflow school support and teachers' psychological dimension.The results show that:(1)The current situation of rotation communication teachers is not optimistic,and the incentive measures need to be further implemented;(2)To compensate for the opportunity cost of rotation exchange teachers is conducive to expanding the proportion of teachers with high to exchange,and the inclination of teachers' titles contributes the most to improving the proportion of teachers with high to exchange;(3)single,short-term and low-level teachers show stronger to implement the rotation exchange policy(4)compared with the supporting factors of inflow school,the intension of teachers to rotate is less affected by economic compensation;(5)most teachers can communicate nearby,and taking care of the regenerated family is the main obstacle for teachers to implement the policy;(6)the psychological factors of teachers have a certain degree of influence on the intension to rotation,but the psychological status of teachers is not optimistic;(7)the inflow of support and family factors are the two most important factors that affect teachers' to rotate.In order to improve the of teachers' rotation,the study suggests that at the macro level of national policy,based on Herzberg's two factor theory,the incentive factors should be coordinated with the guarantee factors;at the level of inflow to the middle school,based on the energy field of Quart Levin,it is necessary to establish a perfect inflow support atmosphere;at the micro level of teachers,it is necessary to create a rotation of teachers Reasonable psychological expectation,mprove teachers' personal professional quality.
