Education supplementary tutoring has developed into a relatively mature industry,which has received widespread attention from all walks of life.A variety of education supplementary tutoring not only increases the financial burden on parents,but also takes up a lot of time for students.Can participating in education supplementary tutoring help students improve their academic grades? From the existing studies at home and abroad,there is no unified conclusion on the relationship between education supplementary tutoring and academic performance.Through the empirical research on the situation of Changsha junior high school students' participation in education supplementary tutoring,it provides an empirical basis for the relationship between education supplementary tutoring and academic performance,which helps to correctly understand the nature of education supplementary tutoring and enrich the theory of modern education.According to the research questions and the actual situation,this article uses a combination of literature study,questionnaire survey and interview.By randomly sending questionnaires to students participating in physical education supplementary tutoring in 6 education supplementary tutoring schools in Changsha,and analyzing the data using SPSS21.0 software,it was found that secondary school students participating in education supplementary tutoring can improve students' physical grades;the regression equation can be written as: Y = 0.422 +0.619 I + 0.182 S +0.120 F.Students' satisfaction with the effect of education supplementary tutoring has a significant impact on physical grades,followed by the evaluation of teachers.Parents' satisfaction with the learning situation ranks third,and other factors have weak effects on the effect of education supplementary tutoring.Group linear regression analysis shows that satisfaction with education supplementary tutoring can affect the physics class performance of all samples.The students in the third grade are more concerned about the relationship with the tutor and the evaluation of the tutor.The tutor is more influential in their physical grades.The students in the second grade are more concerned about their parents' satisfaction with their studies.Different genders have different factors that affect their physical grades.Boys pay more attention to the relationship with the tutor,their evaluation of the tutor,and their parents' expectations for the entrance examination.What affects girls' physical performance is their attitude to participating in education supplementary tutoring and their parents' learning Satisfaction.In view of the above conclusions,this research is based on the theory of multiple intelligences,mastery of learning theory,constructivism,and maximally maintained inequality and effectively maintained inequality,personalized education.It analyzes the five aspects of cultural,economic,historical,family,and individual differences that lead to the rapid development of extracurricular counseling and problems the reason.Finally,suggestions were made to students and parents,schools and the government,hoping that students and parents could rationally choose education supplementary tutoring,and that education supplementary tutoring could develop well and play a supporting role in school education.
