Investigation And Research On The Status Of Extracurricular Tutoring Among Primary School Students

The phenomenon of primary school students participating in extracurricular tutoring is very common.The phenomenon of extracurricular tutoring has been rising,and it has become an unavoidable topic for many parents and students.As a special education phenomenon,the extracurricular tutoring phenomenon has a wide range of impact on school education and socio-economic development.However,the reason why extra-curricular tutoring can be widespread and exist for a long time shows that its existence has certain value and rationality.In order to understand the current status of primary school students participating in extracurricular tutoring,the author took students from the experimental primary school in Laoshan District,Qingdao as the object of investigation.Through a questionnaire survey of students and parents,and using interviews to conduct follow-up surveys of the school teachers and surrounding tutoring institutions.The following conclusions have been drawn: Pupils' participation in extracurricular tuition has become a common phenomenon.Pupils participate in the diversification of extracurricular tutoring.Pupils participating in extracurricular tutoring pay more attention to the cultivation of artistic expertise.Primary pupils participate in extracurricular tutoring mainly in training.Through investigation and research,the function of extracurricular tutoring was rethought and examined.The positive functions of extracurricular tutoring are:extracurricular tutoring promotes students' diversified learning,which can make up for deficiencies in school education;the flexibility and interest of extracurricular tutoring teaching increases students' interest in learning and increases self-confidence;negative function: learning habits that tend to form dependence,ignoring school education;For the problems existing in extracurricular tutoring,we need to make improvements from three aspects: schools,parents,and society: improve and improve school education;parents and students should rationally choose extracurricular tuition;and reasonably regulate the extracurricular tuition market.
