With the rapid development of China's economy,part of the family's economic strength growth failed to match the contemporary demand for material culture.Because of the pressure of life,their parents have to put more energy into work,too busy to take care for children;it makes the grandparents started involved in the family education of their grandchildren.Therefore,the cross-generational education has naturally become one of the main ways of modern children's family education.As an important part of education investment,which is one of the key factors affecting children's growth and development and social class status reproduction,family education investment has been paid more and more attention.At present,the academic circle gradually starts to pay attention to the research on family education investment,but it is mostly comprehensive review and case study,and lacks in-depth detailed research and empirical research.This paper starts from the intergenerational perspective,studying the special investigation data of rural children's development conducted by the research team of xi 'an jiaotong university and the research team of southwestern university of finance and economics in Jintang and Shehong counties of Sichuan province.Verifies the hypothesis by building a Structural equation model,and also explores the path coefficient of the influence of children's investment in family education on children's socialization.This paper may be innovative in the following aspects: Select a new research perspective.This paper makes an in-depth study on the investment of children's family education and the socialization of children through the intergenerational perspective;deepen the research object.This paper studies the parents and grandparents as a whole,which is different from the previous separate and opposite studies;complement the regional sample of southwest region;adopts a new research theory to explain some situations in the field of children's family education.The results are as follows: 1.Parental children's family education investment comprehensively affects the socialization of children,and meanwhile,grandparental children's family education investment can only have a similar impact on children's material lives with parental children's family education investment.2.In spiritual and emotional aspects,the joint investment of grandparents and parents in education may have greater potential value.3.The amount of mental and emotional investment will have a direct impact on the efficiency of the whole children's family education.4.The influence of economic investment on the socialization of children is not significant.According to the above results,in order to improve the level of children's family education and improve the quality of children's socialization,the author puts forward corresponding policy Suggestions: 1.Carry forward the traditional Chinese culture and give full play to the role of traditional Chinese culture in the family education of children in the new era;2.Establish the intergenerational communication mechanism to treat and reconcile the differences between generations properly;3.Strengthen family capacity building and attach importance to this core initiative that can enhance children's social development;4.Establish school and family connections and give full play to the initiative advantages of school education;5.The state builds multifaceted propaganda and attaches importance to the key role that the media can play in it.
