Private school teacher management is a very important subject in the education theory,especially in the face of private education has already carried a large proportion of China's education system,its responsibility and responsibility is no less than the current situation of public school education.However,it is lack of Specialized and targeted in-depth research of teachers' management for private primary and secondary schools.Based on this situation,this paper attempts to make a preliminary discussion on the concept,existing problems and feasible improvement measures of teachers' management in private primary and secondary schools.This paper argues that the existing problems in the management of teachers in private schools are very complex and need to be solved urgently.However,the key lies in the transformation of teacher management concept,the definition of teacher management principles,the focus on teacher professional development,the reform of teacher performance evaluation,and the strengthening of the construction of teachers.This paper first makes a brief review of the literature on the management of private primary and secondary school teachers,in order to grasp the relevant early research results,clarify the research ideas,and provide the corresponding research basis and reference for the design and development of the subject research.This research mainly using the questionnaire method and interview method to guangzhou huadu district private primary and secondary school teachers management present situation has carried on the investigation and analysis,found its management situation is not optimistic,mainly exist in the school's internal management system and teachers' management system of rules and enforcement unfair,specifications,rigorous situation,due to the lack of leadership school administrators,low management effectiveness,to teacher's work and life is still lack of necessary care and support,teachers' work enthusiasm so frustrated,high teacher turnover.All these seriously hinder the development of teachers and schools.Based on the analysis of the internal causes of the problems,the author proposes to establish a scientific and reasonable system for the selection,supervision and training of school administrators,pay attention to the improvement of the management ability and level of school administrators,and establish a people-oriented teacher management system to improve teachers' work enthusiasm.At the same time,it is necessary toestablish a fair,democratic and unimpeded guarantee system to effectively implement the teacher management system,so as to maximize the teachers' work enthusiasm and achieve the ideal state of school teacher management.
