With the vigorous development of extracurricular tutoring institutions in elementary and middle schools,educators and researchers have paid more and more attention to the standardized management of extracurricular tutoring institutions in elementary and middle schools.The management of teachers in extracurricular tutoring institutions in elementary and middle schools is the focus of the management of extracurricular tutoring institutions in primary and secondary schools.Therefore,studying the problems in the management of teachers in extracurricular tutoring institutions in elementary and middle schools,analyzing the causes of the problems and putting forward countermeasures to improve the management of teachers in extracurricular tutoring institutions in elementary and middle schools is of great significance to the healthy and sustainable development of extracurricular tutoring institutions in elementary and middle schools.The research methods used in this paper are the literature research method and the survey method.Questionnaire surveys and interviews are conducted with the teachers and managers of 6 extracurricular tutoring institutions in W County as the research objects.This thesis is mainly composed of five parts.The first part is the theoretical interpretation of teacher management in extracurricular tutoring institutions in primary and secondary schools.Firstly,it clarified the concepts of extracurricular tutoring and teacher management in primary and secondary schools,and then expounded the establishment of the concept and content of teacher management of extracurricular tutoring institutions in primary and secondary schools in this paper,and finally put forward the significance of improving teacher management of extracurricular tutoring institutions in primary and secondary schools.In the second part,it first introduces the survey design and implementation of this thesis,and then analyzes the current situation of teacher management in 6 primary and secondary schools in W County based on the collected data.The third part is to reveal the existing problems of teacher management in extracurricular tutoring institutions in primary and secondary schools.These problems are mainly manifested in five aspects: the teacher recruitment process is random and the control is not strict;the management of the teacher use process is lax,and the quality of teaching is difficult to guarantee;the teacher performance appraisal standard is utilitarian and lacks performance feedback;teacher salary emphasizes performance salary and neglects guarantee salary;Teacher training is a mere formality and the training effect is not good.The fourth part is the analysis of the causes of existing problems in the management of teachers in extracurricular tutoring institutions in primary and secondary schools.The main reasons include the following four aspects: the managers of the primary and secondary school extracurricular tutoring institutions lack correct management concepts and insufficient management capabilities;the lack of relevant systems for teacher management in the primary and secondary school extracurricular tutoring institutions;the fuzzy professional cognition of teachers and the weak self-learning ability;the government Relevant departments are unable to supervise.The fifth part proposes feasible strategies to improve the management of teachers in extracurricular tutoring institutions in primary and secondary schools.The managers of extracurricular tutoring institutions in elementary and middle schools should establish correct management concepts and improve the management level of institutions;extracurricular tutoring institutions in elementary and middle schools should improve the teacher management system and standardize teacher management links;teachers themselves should strengthen their understanding and improve their overall quality;relevant government departments should add Great efforts to supervise and promote the construction of the faculty of counselling institutions.With the vigorous development of extracurricular tutoring institutions in elementary and middle schools,educators and researchers have increasingly paid attention to the standardized management of extracurricular tutoring institutions in elementary and middle schools.The management of teachers in extracurricular tutoring institutions in elementary and middle schools is the focus of the management of extracurricular tutoring institutions in elementary and middle schools.Therefore,studying the problems in the management of teachers in extracurricular tutoring institutions in primary and secondary schools,analyzing the causes of the problems,and putting forward suggestions for improving the management of teachers in extracurricular tutoring institutions in primary and secondary schools is of great significance to the healthy and sustainable development of extracurricular tutoring institutions in primary and secondary schools.
