In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on the subject of entrusted management schools,and have achieved remarkable results.The relatively open cities in China(such as Shanghai,Chengdu,Quzhou,Jianli County,Dongguan,Hangzhou,Ningbo,etc.)have tried out the entrusted management model several times to help the construction and development of weak schools.Some schools have made some achievements,some have a long period of entrusted management,up to 10 or even 15 years,and the exploration model is still in progress.With the development of practice,contract-based teachers have become an important part of the teaching staff of entrusted management schools.At the same time,the management of contract-based teachers under the entrusted management system has become an urgent problem to be solved in entrusted management schools.This study takes H School,a public school entrusted by a third-party educational group,as an example.Through investigation,interviews and literature,it finds that H School has problems of single job,low salary and low professional competence of contract teachers under the mode of entrusted management.The reasons are analyzed as follows: insufficient staff positions,lack of guarantee mechanism for contract teachers,and examination for contract teachers.Finally,the countermeasures to solve these problems are put forward,such as "perfecting compilation standards","forming safeguard mechanism" and "unified management by objectives".
