The development of Private Colleges in China has decades of history, in terms ofquantity or scale has a larger development. While in the development process, it alsohas some problems, so that the development has encountered a bottleneck. Aroundthe world, there is a big gap between Chinese private higher education and developedcountries. From domestic development, Chinese private higher educationdevelopment in each region varies.Although the current academic circles about the quantity of private highereducation research is large, the research on a particular objective is relatively less.Therefore, the study on the private college management system has importanttheoretical significance and practical significance on improving the way ofmanagement for teachers of private colleges, perfecting the management mechanismof teachers of private colleges and improving the quality of education in privatecolleges.Jiangxi University of Technology was the research target in this article. This articleconcluded teacher employment system and analyzed teacher appointment system,training system, incentive system, and evaluation system. Also it summarized thedifferences between private college and public college. Based on that, it discussed theinsufficient of teacher management system of Jiangxi University of Technology. Themajor performance included the insufficient of teacher appointment system,imperfection of teacher training system, deficiency of teacher incentive system andirrationality of teacher examination and evaluation system.Meanwhile, the analysis had three levels which include government, college andteachers, and it also explored the factors which lead to the problems. Based on it, itprovided specific countermeasure and suggestion in four levels. Firstly, it optimizedthe structure of the title of the college and educational background. Secondly, itimproved the teachers’ quality through establishing scientific and reasonable training system. Thirdly, it motivated teachers’ working enthusiasm through buildingdiversified teacher incentive system. Finally, it promoted the improvement of teachersoverall quality which through building perfect examination and evaluation system.
