| In the environment of education and teaching reform,in order to explore the new way out of physical education and teaching reform,educators in our country are actively engaged in the mission of promoting reform,especially in the aspect of optimizing teaching organization form,combining theory with practice with rigorous working attitude and bold innovative thinking,giving full play to the combination of students’ subjectivity and group teaching in the classroom,through a lot of practice and theory It is found that heterogeneous group teaching is a kind of teaching organization form with wide application scope and high efficiency.Its advantage is to break through the traditional teaching difficult to take into account the differences in the level of students.Heterogeneous group teaching not only recognizes the gap between students,but also uses this gap to carry out teaching,mobilize the enthusiasm of each student,and truly maximize the teaching principle of individualized teaching under the centralized class teaching system.In the process of cooperative learning,we should cultivate students’ social consciousness of communication,cooperation and benign competition,promote students’ physical and mental health,and cultivate students’ good social adaptability.Based on the theoretical system of heterogeneous group teaching in the existing literature and the required actions of sports dance,this research mainly uses experimental method,interview method and questionnaire survey method,and takes the students of class 2018 of Beijing Dance rhyme dance art school as the experimental objects,and divides them into experimental class and control class,and carries out experimental intervention in teaching,with heterogeneous group teaching and transmission,respectively The experimental research is carried out in the unified teaching,taking group cohesion,students’ self-confidence,learning attitude,and sports dance technical skills as test indicators.Through the comparative analysis of the experimental data,the research conclusions are drawn.The experimental results show that through 12 weeks of experimental teaching intervention,the experimental class in the group cohesion,students’ self-confidence,learning attitude,sports dance technical skills measured in the four aspects of the data are significantly improved compared with the pretest,and the experimental class compared with the control class in the range of improvement is significantly different.Through the teaching experiment,it is proved that the heterogeneous group teaching is feasible in the physical dance class of the technical secondary school,and the conclusion is as follows: after the teaching experiment,the technical skills of the two classes of students are improved to a certain extent,but the technical level of the experimental class students is improved more significantly,so the heterogeneous group teaching can improve the technical skills of the students’ physical dance more effectively;the heterogeneous group teaching Learning enables students to help each other,unite and cooperate in the learning process,which is more helpful to enhance the group cohesion of students compared with traditional teaching;heterogeneous group teaching is more helpful to improve students’ self-confidence compared with traditional teaching through cooperative practice and competitive evaluation among group members;heterogeneous group teaching fully embodies students’ subjectivity in learning and trains students themselves The strengthening of ability is more conducive to improving students’ learning attitude;heterogeneous group teaching effectively enhances the classroom learning atmosphere,promotes students to communicate with each other,cultivates students’ team consciousness,and social adaptability,and comprehensively promotes the development of quality education. |
