In order to promote the healthy improvement of primary and middle school students,highlight the development of quality education,further enhance the integrative ability of education,and help parents to solve some reality problems such as picking up their children from school timely,Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China in 2018 published Guiding Opinions on After-class Services for Primary and Secondary School Students.It requires local administrative departments of education to coordinate all kinds of resources and demands,making concerted efforts to conduct after-class services and formulating related local policies.The government,when discussing various development models,can use the method of“purchasing of services” to solve the picking-up problem,in a way to help both mental and physical health of primary students and improve the sense of gain and happiness of the public.This paper investigates and studies the after-class service of a sports dancing class in Tianhe Primary School in Guangzhou delivered by Tianya Education Group,aiming to provide some feasible suggestions for the healthy development of after-class service program and the improvement of after-class service system.This paper,through literature review,examines related concepts of sports dancing and after-class services,and theoretical knowledge of the evolution process,which lays theoretical foundations for this research.Other methods of research used in this paper include questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics to analyze investigation data,interview to know the information and situation of the service after sports dancing lessons from program managers,logical analysis to summarize related contents.These methods help the author to further study the status quo of services after sports dancing courses in Primary Schools in Tianhe Strict,Guangzhou City.The author draws conclusions as follows:1.The design by Tianya Education Group about after-class services in not reasonable and systemic and teaching contents are unregulated,which lacks of the support of teaching materials.Teaching services and methods are relatively traditional,which makes it hard to attract students' interest without innovation.And with not much lessons,it's difficult for students to achieve the best dancing learning performance.2.Sports dancing teachers who perform after-class services hired by the Tianya Education Group are females,leading to gender imbalance.In addition,they are outside teachers,which lacks of stability.And the Group and school leaders are not taking the sport dancing program seriously.For example,they didn't put sport dancing program into the highlights part in admission campaigns.3.Students who involve in sports dancing program organized by Tianya Education Group only have a basic understanding about Latin dancing,while few knows other sports dancing items.Among this group of students,girls are the majority,leading to another serious gender imbalance.However,students participating in the service program are fond of sports dancing with good motivation and high teaching evaluation.4.Some schools are short of required teaching venues and facilities.As a result,students have less presentation platforms.What's more,because parents lack of means to know sports dancing,there also lacks specific ways in cultivating children's interest towards this type of dance.
