Jilin Province Continues To Optimize The Business Environment Research

Business environment is one of the decisive factors affecting regional economic development and the key factor for sustainable economic development.In July 2020,Xi Jinping proposed that we should accelerate the transformation of government functions and foster a market-oriented,law-based and international business environment,during his exploratory trip in Jilin,which indicates the direction for optimizing business environment in Jilin Province.Jilin Province needs to further improve its business environment in order to achieve the comprehensive revitalization and all-round revitalization in the construction of a new development pattern,which takes domestic circulation as the main body and the domestic and international double circulation as the mutual enhancement.Jilin Province attaches great importance to the construction of business environment,and has taken a series of measures to make the government service more convenient and efficient,the legal protection more solid and powerful,and the credit system more perfect.Although some achievements have been made,there are still shortcomings.Based on the continues optimization of the business environment,this paper studies the construction of business environment in Jilin Province.There are still some problems in the process of cultivating market-oriented,legal and international business environment in Jilin Province.In order to solve the problems,this paper introduces the successful experience of the top regions and countries at home and abroad in business environment construction,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for Jilin Province.Firstly,strengthen the ideological emancipation,emancipate the thoughts in innovative ideas,government services,opening up and other aspects,and set off the ideological trend of emancipating the mind.Secondly,increase efforts in optimizing the business environment of Jilin Province,and strive to optimize the market environment,government environment,element environment,talent environment,legal environment and opening up environment,so that Jilin Province can realize its own high-quality development and promote economic development.Thirdly,the government should adhere to the market demand orientation,establish a powerful supervision mechanism and strengthen the construction of credit system,so as to optimize the business environment.
