The Current Situation,problems And Optimization Countermeasures Of Business Environment Construction In Binzhou City

Creating a good business environment is conducive to stimulating the vitality of all kinds of social enterprises,to promote the development of enterprises to the greatest extent,and promote the improvement of China’s economic development level.With the increasing competition among countries,a higher level of economic development has become the development goal and direction of all countries,so it is imperative to create a good business environment.With the continuous advancement of the process of socialist construction,China has entered a new stage of development.In his speech,the CPC Comrade Xi Jinping emphasized the importance of creating a good business environment for economic development and made an important deployment on how to create a business environment.In order to promote the development of China’s reform and opening up,promote the innovation of the whole society,and stimulate all kinds of economic vitality,China has strengthened the management and construction of business environment,hoping to promote the development of enterprises and contribute more to the development of socialist economy by promoting the continuous improvement of business environment.Business environment includes hard environment and soft environment.Under the condition that the hard environment is difficult to improve in a short time due to geographical location and other factors,how to improve the soft environment is particularly important.This paper expounds the relevant theories at home and abroad,which not only provides the basis for the analysis,but also provides reference for the research of other scholars.The research methods used in this paper are literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,induction and summary,comparative analysis.Based on the perspective of enterprises,the author makes an in-depth analysis of the relevant enterprises in Binzhou City,where the author lives,so as to design a scientific and reasonable business environment satisfaction questionnaire.Based on the analysis of the survey results,this paper expounds the problems existing in the construction of business environment in Binzhou City,such as insufficient effective supply of policies,difficult and expensive financing of small and medium-sized enterprises,weak government service ability,and inadequate administrative law enforcement.This paper combines theory with practice,and analyzes Singapore,South Korea,Foshan and other countries and regions with good business environment by case analysis.It also summarizes the development experience,hoping to provide reference for the construction of business environment in other regions.Finally,this paper puts forward suggestions to optimize business environment from three aspects: adhering to policy guidance,improving service efficiency and building legal environment.
