Problem Analysis And Countermeasure Research Of Optimizing Business Environment In Zhuozi County,Inner Mongolia

Since the state vigorously promoted the reform of "release,management and service" and advocated the optimization of the business environment in 2018,lots of governments at all levels across the country have issued a series of relevant policies and measures in combination with local actual conditions to actively solve the problems existing in the business environment and provide an important guarantee for the sustainable and stable development of the local economy,especially after the State Council announced the regulations on optimizing the business environment.Based on the above reasons,how to accurately find the business environment problems,analyze their causes,and formulate targeted policies and measures to solve these problems has become a new research content to test the ruling ability of governments at all levels,and also has a certain academic research value and significance.Under the background of the national implementation of the reform of "release,management and service" and promoting the optimization of the business environment,the importance of the analysis and countermeasure research of the business environment in Zhuozi County were discusses in detail,and the important significance of the research in both theory and Practice were pointed out.Secondly,through the analysis,summary and review of some documents with remarkable characteristics and strong reference,the disadvantages and deficiencies of the existing research results in guiding and solving the business environment problems in Zhuozi county were pointed out.Then,on the basis of referring to the above references and the related concepts and theories of business environment,the definition of business environment in line with the actual situation of Zhuozi county were put forward combining with the current situation of optimizing business environment in Zhuozi County.Based on the above work,through the extensive questionnaire survey on the above five elements of optimizing the business environment in Zhuozi County,the prominent problems exposed in all aspects of the business environment in Zhuozi county were analyzed.These problems mainly included some inadequate government services,some cumbersome administrative examination and approval links,share untimely online data,online query with missing service,relatively difficult enterprise financing,insufficient government financial support,objectively difficult land,water and power supply,lack of coherence of government policies and market dishonesty with prominent problems.After in-depth analysis of the causes of the above prominent problems,the corresponding solutions and specific solutions respectively were put forward with the five elements of the business environment,and then the main work of the research was completed.In summary,through in-depth analysis of the business environment problems and their causes in Zhuozi County,the main purpose was to find out the prominent problems affecting economic development and the corresponding solutions.In this process,the research conclusions and results not only provide reasonable suggestions for Zhuozi county government to create a business environment more suitable for economic growth,but also provide necessary theoretical and data support for Zhuozi county government to formulate policies and measures to optimize the business environment.
